Refund Policy

This website sells digital writing products, including PDF downloads. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once download access has been provided.

Digital Product Refunds

Refunds are not normally provided after a PDF or digital file has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

A duplicate purchase was made by mistake;
The wrong file was delivered;
A technical issue prevents access to the purchased file and cannot be resolved; or
Another clear purchase or delivery error occurred.

If you have trouble accessing a purchased PDF, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
